Amazing central location in a quiet side street with a unique view over the roman theatre!

The owners answered the phone and actively tried to resolve the challenge with the automated check in system. They answered the first call, and although than it took them a bit, they called back and provided the code for the safe box. The house is in an amazing location, super central and with an unbelievable view to the ruins of the Roman Theatre. Overall a great choice to stay in Aosta.

The automatic check in system at first didn't work. It is not intuitive as it gives you options that aren't valid. Even after a significant amount of time spent on trying to complete the process I never got the guide to the house that was promised and had a bit of a stress on check out as I didn't know exactly what I should do.

300€ 1 notte, no colazione no servizi. stanza sporca. Il rimborso mai ricevuto. Al check-out ci è stato chiesto di lasci

struttura probabilmente appena ristrutturata, per chi cerca cucina e utensili, in centro storico, chi viaggia con piccolo bagaglio

scortesia e maleducazione della titolare. parcheggio a 15min difficile da raggiungere con bagagli pesanti. check-in online, difficoltà trovare il codice di accesso, previsto h15. Noi arrivati h 17, dopo cinque ore di viaggio. Trovato stanza con: capelli, asciugamani usati, letto non rifatto e presenza di peli sotto le lenzuola. contattato Francesca dicendosi dispiaciuta per l’inconveniente Ci ha scritto: “Ovviamente vi rimborseremo parte della prenotazione” chiesto di lasciare stanza per 2 ore per riassettarla. Temperatura rigide, impossibile stare fuori, rifugiati nel bar sostenendo ulteriori spese. Rientro, Stanza in ordine con panettone e vino. Disdetto il ristorante che avevamo prenotato perché non più disponibile + tardi e accontentati di una Cena veloce dell’ultimo momento. Giorni dopo, poco dopo la scadenza del check out ricevuto mess. che ci chiedeva di lasciare immediatamente la stanza alla donna delle pulizie. mai in nessun hotel sono stata mandata via in questo modo considerando quello che è successo la sera prima. Giorno dopo scritto a Francesca sollecitando una risposta, per info riguardo al rimborso. La risposta: avendo concesso qualche minuto in più al check out, la questione doveva considerarsi chiusa. Altro messaggio spiegando i disagi causati ma a distanza di 24h non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta.

Le confort des chambres, la cuisine bien équipée et la tranquillité de l’endroit et l’emplacement vraiment bien. On retournera volontiers.

Posizione centrale, accanto il teatro romano e vicino a moltissimi ristoranti, alimentari e bar. Le camere spaziose. Il bagno fornito di tutto. Gli arredamenti gradevoli.

La posizione accanto al teatro è molto suggestiva ma con passaggio costante di turisti che in alcuni casi fanno rumore. Parcheggi ovunque, a pagamento dalle 8 alle 18,quello consigliato gratuito è spesso occupato fino a sera e non vicinissimo.

Appartement moderne, très bien entretenu et bien situé. Bonne connexion wifi gratuite.

L'appartement n'a pas l'air conditionné, ce qui peut être un problème lors de fortes chaleurs, d'autant plus qu'il n'y a q'un seul ventilateur à disposition. Si on est sensible à la luminosité pour dormir, elle est un peu forte dans une des chambres.

Appartamento accogliente e curato, buona suddivisione degli spazi, comodo per 4 persone, corrispondente a quanto rappresentato in foto e nella descrizione. Comode anche le soluzioni di parcheggio in zona. Ottima comunicazione con l'host, reattivo e disponibile nelle risposte e nella soluzione di problemi o richieste. Esperienza assolutamente positiva e appartamento da consigliare.
