Location, accomodations, cleanliness and spacious! Free laundry on site was great!

It is marketed as an apartment with a kitchen but there werent any spices and very limited kitchen supplies, including 1 tiny garbage bag upon arrival and nowhere to throw it and no replacement garbage bags or dishwasher pods.

Perfect location, comfy-cozy little place but enough to stay a night

little noisy at night bc of the bar downstairs... but bearable ❤️ Might be perfect if the key card can also be a key for the lift too, then the others who are not living there can not enter.

It was a bit smaller than expected and was very noisy in the morning at around 8am for about an hour. I think they may have been cleaning/doing some maintenance on the restaurant below?

A sweet, clean, modern, comfortable studio on Aosta's main street

A sweet, clean, modern, comfortable little studio. Coffee & tea provided and the fridge came handy (NB. no cooking option) Roof terrace. The lift to the top floor was of good use given that we had quite some luggage that we could not leave in the car. The room has airco. Their soaps are 100% natural eco-friendly. Note that the nylon tea bags release a lot of microplastics when you put in boiling water and then consume - a suggestion to change this choice.

For a good rest you need to sleep with window closed as the street is quite noisy. Unfortunately there was no system to allow the studio door to be open like only ~10 cms (access to the studio is via a quiet open air patio on the inside the building - so that would be a sufficiently safe option for ventilation).

The apartment was modern, very clean, comfortable with first class facilities. The location was perfect in the center of town but also very quiet and with terrific views - an exceptional stay

Clean and spacious apartments. Well designed and furnished. Well equipped kitchen. Cleaning service if needed. Very welcoming host. Fantastic location right in the centre of Aosta. A good restaurant and bar on site. Washing machine on the premises. Quiet at night.

Central cooling system, while more energy-efficient and environmentally responsible, leaves the rooms a bit warm during the hot Summer nights.

posizione centrale - buon arredamento

i sanitari sono davvero molto piccoli in uno spazio bagno molto grande - alcuni accessori non funzionanti (verifica fatta all'arrivo ) ovvero cassettina portachiavi esterna e doccetta bagno. L'uso del televisore non è di facile gestione (anche mio figlio di 20 anni ha rinuzniato!).
