Great porches, outdoor shower, quiet with easy access to beach for sunrise and sunset as well as lots of time in the water.

Everything was great! More solar lighting outside could be helpful as it was difficult to see when not knowing where the light switches were. Personal preference here…a toilet brush but understand why you wouldn’t have one too.

Location was great, due to the proximity to the beach - no need to cross roads to get there. Pet friendly property and beach. The Boardwalk Neighborhood was quiet in the first week of May. The property was very spacious, comfortable, and súper well equiped. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, even beach towels. WiFi worked great. The parking was below the house, spacious and clean. The property was detached from any neighbouring properties.

The lights of the parking lot we’re not working. We asked Vacasa (property management) about it on the last day. Vacasa representativas We’re always available the two times we contacted them by ama, on weekends. Unfortunately, our questions were very specific to this particular property, and Vacasa representativas didn’t know the answer.

Xanadu was a delightful vacation home! It was a perfect place for my dog and I. I loved that it had numerous ways to enjoy the outdoors. My favorite place was sitting in the rocker on the front porch after a day at the beach. The beach was a short walk. I loved that only a few people (residents and guests) used the section of beach intended for the neighborhood. As a single, older woman I felt safe walking to the beach, on the beach and around the neighborhood.

Nothing, it was very peaceful and relaxing!
