The home is located on the South end of Cape San Blas where the beaches are not crowded, and you have quick access to the quaint town of Port St Joe for all your necessities. At your doorstep are miles of some of the cleanest and quietest beaches America has to offer!

The property had some quirks which could be solved by a bit of routine maintenance (screen doors which no longer latch, blinds which did not open, broken kitchen sprayer in the outside sink) but overall the cleanliness and upkeep were very good. The house itself is wonderful, and the location near the beach is hard to beat.

Quiet area away from shopping and the crowd. The house was clean. There is access to the beach but it is a bit of a walk. It is driving distance to the state park and downtown Port St. Joe.

It would of been nice to be provided with the bare essentials, such extra Toilet paper, dishwasher liquid, garbage bags, etc. Property does need some TLC. Overall the location was great and it worked well for us.
