About this house rental
This is the lower unit of a two unit beach home. 2017 heated In-Ground Pool with leni shared with Salty Dog Straight Up (fees do apply for pool heat). A beautiful open floor plan with updated kitchen, bar, dining room. Beautiful views from expansive windows of the Gulf from the open concept living space. The interior space flows out to a 10x30 screen porch. You can open the windows for a sea breeze and to hear the surf. There is a futon (in cabinet under TV) for extra sleeping in the great room. The master bedroom is tucked around the corner. Complete with a washer/dryer. This property can be rented with VRBO

Great stay! We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Matt greeted us upon arrival and its nice to have an owner close by. Very pet friendly property and we got to meet Chance the dog. Built in gas grill was a plus to cook out fresh seafood from St Joe shrimp company down the road. Also its nice to have an ice maker in the refrigerator. The property was very clean and has everything you need. We'll be back!
