About this house rental
This is the lower unit of a two unit beach home. 2017 heated In-Ground Pool with leni shared with Salty Dog Straight Up (fees do apply for pool heat). A beautiful open floor plan with updated kitchen, bar, dining room. Beautiful views from expansive windows of the Gulf from the open concept living space. The interior space flows out to a 10x30 screen porch. You can open the windows for a sea breeze and to hear the surf. There is a futon (in cabinet under TV) for extra sleeping in the great room. The master bedroom is tucked around the corner. Complete with a washer/dryer. This property can be rented with VRBO

Matt and his wife were super friendly making sure we had everything we needed,meeting Chance was fun too.The house was clean and close to the beach and quiet would definitely recommend to friends.

I love the location and great access to the beach. The owners are very nice and friendly.. Everything is all kept.. place is very spacious.. we enjoyed the spacious screened in patio. Everything is well decorated.. thank you

This was a last-minute booking and I cannot describe how wonderful the experience was. Everything was perfect. From the house being clean, comfortable and well equipped to the pool being warm and inviting. Extremely dog friendly and she also enjoyed herself immensely! I hope to be back MANY more times. Thank you for a relaxing and memorable stay!
