We loved our stay at this condo! The location was peaceful and quiet, which made for a relaxing vacation. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed mornings on the balcony with a cup of coffee and evenings on the balcony eating dinner.If you're looking for a relaxing beach escape in a serene location, this is the place. We’d definitely stay here again!

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Rental was in a good location and easy walking distance to the beach, however the unit could use some work, and a thorough cleaning (especially carpets).The property management company was called twice due to a shower that would not heat properly- not even lukewarm water. A repair man came out x2 and finally determined a part was needed but would not arrive until we checked out - 5 days later. This would not have been a big deal as the unit had 2 showers except my elderly mother had to take cold showers the entire vacation due to needing a walk in shower. In addition the elevator was out of order for 24 hours so she could not leave the unit for an entire day due to difficulties maneuvering stairs (why we chose this unit). We made the best of the vacation despite these issues, and the management company was responsive- the unit just needs some attention.
