Only 1 minute from the sea. The property terrace faces onto a busy path and has very little screening so not private - this could easily be improved as other properties closeby have put planting/screens up to help make it more private. Lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds albeit sunbeds old fashioned and not very comfy

The property is in need of some modernisation with signs of age. There was only 1 key for the doors and 1 key to access the pool area which with 2 x people would have been better if there was a key each so each person could come & go without having to liaise with the other one. As mentioned previously, the terrace is very open to the public walking passed therefore some kind of screening would have been nice to make it more private when sat out.

The location was incredible, the amentities were well thought and perfect for our week long visit. Grocery shop a short walk up the hill. Beach on a few steps away! And with a gorgeous view from front garden! The private access at the back to the pool was handy too! Even umbrellas to bring to the pool were provided! Apartment was spacious as well. We will be back!!

You’ll have a little climb from the beach to the apartment and it’s a steep few set of stairs to the shop, but you’ll get that in most spots in Tenerife, and the distance is not far at all.

We found all in the apartment what we needed and it is very well located, close to the beach with a lot of good restaurants at walking distance. We will come back!

Me encantó el apartamento, la ubicación (al ladito de la playa). Sencillamente genial. Me sorprendió mucho positivamente. Erika me atendió y fue un encanto. Todo salió perfecto. Repetiré sin dudarlo :)

La verdad que no se me ocurre nada negativo. Todo perfecto.
