Lovely spacious apartment less than five minutes walk from the beautiful playa del Duque beach. Well designed complex, great views and lovely pool. Generally very good apartment facilities.

The apartment overlooks a road which creates some noise, but not overwhelming. A/C (and a toaster) would make the facilities perfect, as the fans were not very powerful

Very clear instructions where to find lock box with a key and what to do when leaving the apartments. Easy to comunicate with the responsable person on whats up. Exellent location: 10 min walk to the beach, 20 min drive from airport (cost 41 euro), 10 min drive to Mercadona supermarket. Apartments had minimum kitchen utensils what was just enough for a week stay, as we were cooking ourself everyday. But if you planning just to have cup of coffee in the morning and Sangria in the evening on the patio- there are averything what you could need. View was really good, extra bonus-swiming pool which could use anytime. Small market on the corner which we used quite a lot.

We looked suspicions when were trying to collect the key from the lock box! :D Residence were coming outside and staring at us while we opened the gates and were going to our apartments-felt a bit uncomfortable! :D Sofa bed - disaster. Child ended up sleeping with us in a bed after couple nights on a sofa and bruise on the legs which got while trying to get up. The main issue in the apartment-no AC. Was trying to sleep with open windows but as apartments looks over main road-it’s really noisy in the early morning. Day time you don’t mind that noise at all, but night time its getting annoying. Kitchen – knifes are horrendous, host definitely need to purchase new ones! :D

Location is close to the beach and nice area.beautiful sea view. Lovely pool!

The road traffic noise was very bad….bathroom needs updating
