Graceful brand new studios in Altamira

The location is superb. Right next to the best beaches. We used spar for shopping minutes away and lots to offer. Well equipted kitchen, but ideally should have more mugs . Ac brilliant. Kids pool very warm. Only at the end we found excellent library for the book lovers that is by the pools. Soo many brilliant books there :)

The bed sheets were with bobbles and of poor quality. Especially after sun burn felt like they were scratching the skin while sleeping. Really needs improving there. Also note noone cleans or changes your sheets/towels no matter how long you are staying. Other properties rented in the same building do offer that inclusive plus cheaper rent :) The apartment wasn't cleaned very well. On arrival we found fake lashes on the side of the mattres. In between the couch were lots of crumbs and the mattress on arrival had lots of dirt (sand) and hairs that was awful to find. We were provided the mattress topper to solve the problem. Not ideal but better. I was offered someone will come and clean the apartment the following day but noone did. The deep clean after rentals needs improving. The pool that was advertised was closed on the arrival and the the loud drilling works started shortly that disturbed the holiday vibes. Only the kiddies pool was open. I was really upset about it that it was not mentioned. And the company said they had no information about it which is very unlikely and to me as a customer was such a false advertisement.

Ottima posizione, vicinissima al mare. Residence Bello con una bella piscina. Super confortevole. Sicuramente da tornarci .

Pulizia dell’appartamento al nostro arrivo. Mancanza di una reception o di personale sul posto a cui chiedere informazioni in struttura.

Perfect location, by using the door at the pool area you have access to the beach which is very convenient as the other way it's a steep street. Also you have everything you need in a small kitchen if you're up to cooking or just bringing in food from outside.

The shower can be improved as water goes everywhere when you shower and you have to mop immediately after.

Хорошее расположение, вид из окна прекрасный

Вонючие полотенца и подушки. Их пора выбросить и купить новые. Мы их постирали, но из за того, что старые, запах никуда не делся. Грязно, убрать можно качественнее
