About this apartment rental

Located in quiet Fountain Hills close to Scottsdale, Phoenix, 3 hours from Sedona to the north and 2 hours Tucson to the south with Mesa and Tempe in between. Nearby McDowell mountain, Payson and plenty of hiking.
This spacious one bedroom one bath apartment has a walk-in closet, in-unit washer and dryer, brand new mini split ac/heat unit, two smart tvs, full-size refrigerator with freezer, microwave, kitchen essentials, pull out sofa for two, private entrance and off street parking.

everything was really good. clean house, quiet neighborhood, beautifully area. except i didn’t get the email correspondence for check in. so that was a lil anxiety ridden, i’m sure it caused some hassle on the main house owners when i tried to get into the main door instead of the side door, especially with the dogs barking. was not intentional. thankfully we were able to locate the side door quickly and hopefully didn’t cause too much commotion.

Joan’s apartment was so clean, cozy, and comfortable! Completely furnished, need only bring your food and clothes! My little dog Tilly and I had a wonderful time, I was visiting friends and family so blessed to have found this hidden jewel! Would recommend it highly, would definitely book again! Kathleen & Tilly!
