Clean and quiet 2 bed 2 bath condo with views, pool and hot tub. Walkable to groceries, shops and restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen and cozy patio with electric grill for dinners in. Great location! Less than 15 minute walk to spectacular Fountain Park. Second story unit boasts beautiful mountain views, sunrises and evening stars. This dark sky community is the perfect place to relax and enjoy some sun and relaxation. For the adventurer there are numerous hiking and biking trails, parks and outdoor activities to keep you busy. Enjoy nearby golfing, pickle ball, casino and more. Tonto National Forest and Saguaro Lake are a 30 minute drive. Enjoy all the best Arizona has to offer away from the city but only 35 minutes to Sky Harbor International Airport. Dogs 30 lbs and less welcome!

I absolutely cannot wait to return to this property next time we visit Fountain Hills! The views were amazing from the balcony, great location, and had everything stocked that we needed and more!

Amazing location. Quite with great sunrise and sunsets. Appointment to finishes and detail. Great king size bed. ALL you will ever need for cooking, pool toys and BQ. Covered parking and easy to find location. 5 Stars
