Less than 1/4 mile from the Championship Ski Run sits the perfect home base for your family's next great Crested Butte adventure! Plenty of room for everyone, including 2 separate living areas so adults can apres Ski with cocktails and endless views, while the young shredders can play games or watch their favorite shows in their own “chill zone” upstairs.
The outdoor hot tub and grill are literally steps from your front door, your own garage parking space and Ski and Bike storage ensure your vehicle and gear are safe from the elements. The free shuttle stops at the base of the driveway every 30 minutes for a quick and easy ride to the base area, though the more adventurous members of your group may choose to walk (10 minutes to the base area,) or even bike or ski when the snow permits (ski in/ski out for intermediate skiers and boarders.)
The family-style kitchen spills into the living room, with everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal surrounded by your loved ones. Private bedrooms and bathrooms ensure that everyone can get a good night’s sleep, with plenty of space to spread out and relax.
Legendary hiking, biking, wildflowers and autumn leaves are right out your door, and everything from horseback riding, world class golf and fishing, river paddle boarding, snowmobile rentals, movies, shopping, great restaurants and entertainment are all under 20 minutes away.

Please note that the parking lot is first come, first serve and the parking pass does not guarantee parking. During the winter season, parking may be limited due to snow removal and storage.

Guests will be required to sign a guest rental agreement prior to receiving check-in and driving directions.
While the property lists a hot tub as an amenity this is a shared Community hot tub and subject to open and closure by the HOA and/or governing entity. As such availability of the hot tub may be affected by maintenance work from time to time and is therefore not guaranteed.
Please note, per Town of Mt. CB regulations, the locked fireplace seen in living area photos is not an amenity offered at this property.
Early check ins and or late check out requests may be granted on a per booking basis and may be subject to additional fees at the time of booking. Last minute requests cannot be granted due to pre established cleaning and maintenance schedules. Guests who occupy any part of the property including the driveway prematurely without preauthorization from the home owner or property manager will be subject to a $ 250 fine. Guests will also be asked to vacate the property and return at check in time. Guests who check out after 10am without preauthorization will be asked to vacate immediately and will be subject to a $ 250 fine.
Crested Butte is a resort town, please note that when the Crested Butte Mountan Resort shuts down for the Spring shoulder Season, and again in the Fall, many of the shops, restaurants, and local businesses close down or operate under limited schedules. Refunds will not be granted to guests due to closure of any businesses in Crested Butte for any reason, as these events are out of our control. Cancellations: Please familiarize yourself with our posted cancellation policy. Please note that due to Crested Butte’s limited rental seasons, no exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy under any circumstances. We strongly recommend purchasing some form of travel insurance if you feel you may need to cancel or alter your booking outside of the posted cancellation policy window.
The US Postal service does not deliver to households in Crested Butte, should you require items shipped to your property during your stay, we recommend using UPS or FedEx, and insuring these items. Watchdog is not responsible in any way for any items you choose to have shipped to any of our properties, and will not forward or store any shipped items that may arrive early or late, this is your responsibility, thank you for your understanding.
