Fantastic location, friendly staff, great food. If the Serenity concept is to work, the management has to decide: either an adults-only hotel or a separate playground for children. This needs to be improved, as the children otherwise are always loud with everyone.

Off the beaten track very relaxing stay good choice of breakfast and friendly staff. The pathways to accommodation, lake etc are not paved so difficult with cases and if you have mobility issues not enough sun loungers if everyone wants to be by the pool lovely views

The Lodge ist in the middle of the Mountains with Great view

Beautiful location, with an amazing view of the valley. Very quiet, but maybe we stayed off-season? Large room with a big balcony. Very welcoming and nice pool area, with a hot tub and a large swiming pool. Great restaurant and friendly staff all around.
Beware that getting to the resort is a bit tricky, since the roads are very narrow and winding.
