Great location to explore the mountains and walking paths of Serra da Estrela. The apartments have quite a rustic interior - since it’s a historic place this is fine and the breakfast is in the modern rooftop area in the hotel right next to it. Plenty of room on the parking lot.
As stated above it’s a historic place, the room felt a bit tiny, same goes for the bathroom.

Amazing and friendly staff. Clean and spacious room. Great breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was amazing.
Just our bathroom's tap plug was broken and needed to be removed so it can be drained.
