About this house rental
We purchased this property as soon as we saw the view. It's seriously amazing. Plus the Sunset from the decks/dining room are amazing. There is a view of the ocean while you do the dishes. While you eat. While you watch TV. From the decks. It's just everywhere. An easy walk down to the beach but most prefer to drive with their beach bags, snacks, toys, etc. Parking is easy.
You are close to so much! Laguna Beach is 5-10 minutes away. San Juan Capistrano 2 minutes. Orange airport is only 45 minutes away!
The weather is so lovely at all months of the year! Tired of the winter? Come here where the weather is wonderful and cool evenings.
We are currently renting for a minimum of 30 days. (If you want less let us now as we have folks who want to share a rental to make up the 30 days).
We love this "beach house " and we think you will too.
Two car garage. Two bedrooms. 2.5 baths. 2 decks. A very private garden with lounge seating and did we mention the views? Photos truly do not do it justice.

This property is in a great location with beautiful views, as the owner has stated. There were a number of issues, which I will describe in a bit. But first I want to say that communications with owner Judy Hervall were excellent. For every problem we encountered and reported to Judy, she was quick to respond, and in most cases, to resolve the matter. Her response was always upbeat and positive. Issues: We weren’t aware that there were SO MANY stairs. Exterior stairs were steep and not easy to navigate. Interior stairs are everywhere! Maybe vacationers should be given a clue? Description of the Property states that there is a two-car garage, two TVs, and satellite/cable TV. Problem is that the two-car garage was not available to us. TV in the bedroom was not useable at all. There was no satellite or cable service so TV in living room was pretty much useless as well. It took some back and forth for us to finally get that issue squared away. The Jenn-Aire stove top has a grill unit, which we intended to use one evening. One problem - we couldn’t get the thing to ignite so we had to scrap our plans for dinner that night. (My husband is very good at fixing things, but had to give up on this one.) Lastly, we needed AAA batteries for the thermostat. Supposedly new batteries had recently been restocked in owners’ toolbox. When we checked, there was one AA battery and 3 loose 9 volt batteries. We went out and bought AAA batteries for them. That was just a small thing. It’s just that at every turn something needed attention in order for us to use it. That was very frustrating. We would not consider renting this unit again.
