Enjoy ocean breezes in a spacious, 5 bedroom and 4 bathroom, single level home in Dana Point, near Laguna Beach. 5 minute drive to the beach! Close to supermarkets. Close to Dana Point Harbor, Lantern District, and Doheny State Beach. Open concept kitchen with island with views of the garden. Private and fenced back and front yard with gazebo plus outdoor dining table and BBQ! Large, flat screen TVs, 65 inches. 2 Main bedrooms with private baths. Free parking on premises. Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood in Dana Point. 5 minute drive to the beach, harbor, restaurants! Nearby local parks, Dana Point Harbor, and lots of restaurants and shops. Close to Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, San Clemente, Dana Point Harbor, Dana Hills High School, Restaurants, Shops, Salt Creek Beach, Doheny State Beach Park, and luxury hotels such as the Ritz Carlton, Montage Resort, and the Monarch Resort. Guests have access to the entire home during their stay except the garage. I prefer to communicate via the app if there are any questions, concerns, or needs. Our home is located in a safe, quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood in Dana Point. Close to Laguna Beach, San Clemente, Dana Point Harbor, Doheny State Beach, and Lantern District. Within a 5 minute drive you are able to visit many restaurants, shops, grocery stores, beaches, hotels, and parks. Also close to world famous golf courses and tennis clubs! Having a car is helpful in Dana Point and Orange County as there are many places to visit and see. There is a public bus system "OC Metro" as well. Please review our guides for local recommendations. House rules are also listed. House Rules: 1. No smoking, vaping, drugs allowed on premises. 2. No additional guests. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm to 7am. 3. Please respect our home and report any damages.

Good location and layout for a larger family. Spacious living / dining / kitchen area. Clean. Only twin beds in two rooms so that limited people and use. Cheap / mismatched shampoos and soaps. NO LAUNDRY.
