About this house rental

This Orange County oasis is located in a very safe and quite neighborhood. Enjoy the cool salty ocean breeze with the beach just 5 minutes away. Fly into John Wayne Airport (SNA) and see all that So Cal has to offer. House has easy access to 5 freeway with Disneyland 30 minutes and San Diego Zoo & Legoland 45 minutes.

Magnificent 4-bedroom 3 full bath cul-de-sac home features a grand double door entrance with impressive vaulted ceilings and two living areas complete with their own fireplaces. Privacy enhanced by separate bedroom levels with first level guest bedroom with custom closet built-ins and bath. Formal dining room with vaulted ceilings, built in modern beverage bar and refrigerator in the family room, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, exposed massive beams throughout home, and custom lighting.
Washer and dryer are available in the garage. Home is minutes away to nearby Dana Point Harbor’s 330-million-dollar rejuvenation rewards with a variety of dining, shopping, and recreational attractions.

We enjoyed our stay at this property, there was an issue getting into the house when we arrived and half way through our stay two of the electric recliners stopped working. Materials were sent to us for repair and we tried however we all are over 75 and a little difficult scrambling around on the floor with plugs behind the chair.Kitchen well equipped although the cabinets need a good cleaning outside and inside.
