Stunning Deck runs entire length of main room and seats 6 to gaze at the beautiful Coastal panoramic ocean view. Neighbors work from home so no toddlers or running small children are appropriate. New central Air Conditioned for a breezy comfortable visit. Full kitchen with new appliances and fully stocked for cooking. One car parking on driveway next to unit front door. Walk to most restaurants and Doheny Beach and Harbor note the home sits on top of the hill so walking it up is strenuous. Comfort mattresses with flat screen TVs in master bedroom and sleeper in main room. New bathtub in master bath, new deck furniture 2020 and new bedroom comforter 2024, new coffee table in 2019. New dishwasher in 2022 and new sofa in living room and in master bedroom dresser in 2022. New refrigerator and stove 2024, new microwave 2025.
Living room/Master bedroom TV’s Cox cable. For streaming services you can sign in with your account Netflix. Please don’t charge movies or games to our services.
One dog up to 50 lbs with a non refundable pet fee of $150. Must add pet to your booking. NO parties permitted.

This is located in a quiet neighborhood with nice, friendly neighbors.The house was clean, and the view was perfect! We appreciated the clear directions with parking, getting into the house, the use of the applainces and how to leave the home.We would definitely pick this location again.

The home is a bit dated but has a cottage feel to it. The view was amazing which is why we picked it. Overall our stay was enjoyable.
