We had a fabulous time at this upscale Capistrano Beach condo. The views from the living area and the master bedroom are glorious. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and the patio is perfect for enjoying a glass of wine. We liked it so much we already booked a six-week stay for next summer. This one is a winner!

Awesome view of ocean, white cap waves, surfers, umbrellas on beach, and boats from the harbor. Very relaxing. We really enjoyed using the pickleball court and pool at the club house. The townhouse is well appointed, very comfortable. Looks like it was remodel recently and has new kitchen appliances, everything you need.

We had some second thoughts about booking this home after reading the only review of the property. We were pleasantly surprised that we experienced nothing like the issues of the previous reviewer. It is a new listing on VRBO and a few things need to be done to make it even better. The fire table outside was old and was stuck on low and would blow out frequently from the wind. Servicing the table and installing a glass wind guard would solve this. Also the BBQ was old and the cover didn’t fit. In the kitchen a blender would be helpful along with more items such as pot holders, measuring spoons, cheese grater, and bbq tools. Owner might want to check the instant hot water heater. On several occasions, the shower got cold after 6 or 7 minutes of use. I would rate this house in its current condition 8.0 out of 10.
