The beach cottage has been designed to provide you with similar luxuries to a resort-style hotel. Bath and beach towels are provided for your stay. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, ensuring a comfortable and restful night's sleep. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, perfect for accommodating additional guests or family members. The living room boasts a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress, allowing the entire home to sleep up to 6 people. Each bedroom comes with a plush pillow-top mattress, crisp white linens, and plenty of comfortable pillows and blankets. Need to do laundry? We've got you covered with a full-size washer/dryer along with laundry detergent and dryer sheets fully stocked for your use.
Central air! The majority of the homes in this area do not have air conditioning. We've got you covered with central heat and air conditioning. No matter what the temperature is outside, we will make sure you are more than comfortable inside!
Gourmet cooking is made possible in our fully stocked kitchen! We have everything you can possibly think of for cooking up a storm—an assortment of cookware and kitchen staples.

We had an amazing stay at this property, it was very comfortable, clean and convenient. The private back yard was a great spot to enjoy the morning sun. We had a small toddler with us and the yard was very safe; and enclosed. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, would definitely recommend and hopefully we’ll be back!

Perfect location, very clean, and wonderful neighborhood. Very nice and cozy. Would most definitely stay here again, definitely coming back next year. Would definitely recommend booking here.

Beautiful, cozy, and clean. Great vibe and amenities. Comfy beds, pillows and furniture. Great location for local activities and close to LA and San Diego. Major red flags: Confirmation email did not include the property address. The combo lock to enter the unit didn't work. We had to call, then wait for someone to come open a lockbox to give us a physical key. It took about 30 mins before we could get in -- after a 15 hr travel day. The person I spoke to said they knew there was a problem with the door earlier in the day (we arrived at 7 pm) but "we obviously didn't have time to fix it." They could have texted us and given us the lockbox code to save us the frustration of waiting. The person they sent to help us was intoxicated (breath smelled of alcohol, couldn't walk a straight line, etc.). She also couldn't enter the 4 digit door code or open the lockbox, so I needed to. Minor issues: Only 2 of the 4 burners on the grill worked, the water fountain didn't work, the power in the kitchen went out when we used the Keurig and microwave, 2 broken beach chairs, most bicycle tires needed air, and 4 patio light bulbs were burnt out. And loud, barking dogs in the neighborhood until 10 pm. I requested compensation for all the issues (did not name a number) and was denied. The manager stated they "properly addressed the reported issues in a timely manner . . ." Yes, the manager was responsive, but most of these issues could have been prevented. Avoid this management company.
