3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This house is in a great location, with great views of the canal and local wildlife. Within walking distance of good restaurants and shopping. The house is very well stocked with everything you would need in your own home. Highly recommend and would rent again!

We just finished up a week stay at the Castaway House, the home is beautiful and spacious, you can tell right away that it is well kept and cared for. We enjoyed the open kitchen,dining and living room with a good view of the pool and patio. The bedrooms were well equipped and very comfortable. The bathrooms too are classy and well done.
The outdoor space is fresh and bright with a big pool, spa and a brand new deck. We enjoyed sitting out there with a morning coffee watching the sun rise.
We felt super comfortable there and would certainly recommend this home. There are great dining options close by and the beach is one of the best around.
