Come in and stay awhile. There's plenty of room by the pool for you! This fun home is full of space for guests to spend time in the sun and in central air conditioning alike. The sparkling private pool, in the enclosed lanai, features a canal view, ideal for those who want to relax and watch the boats go by. Younger guests will love the game room with direct access to the back deck, perfect for hopping between activities. Upstairs, everyone can lounge on the furnished balcony with expansive surrounding views of the water. The full kitchen is conveniently located upstairs, so you can set up refreshments in any of the numerous sitting spaces or take it out to the balcony for a meal in the fresh air. Practice your swing on the putting green. Necessary amenities like a private washer/dryer are included - all you have to do is relax.

The first floor of this home features only one bedroom, but it's a fun one! Straight past the living room, this home's first bedroom features a multi-bunk setup, an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and direct access to the back deck directly by the pool. Head up the stairs and straight past the living room to the hallway to find the rest of the home's bedrooms. On the first right, the second bedroom features extra seating and a ceiling fan for guest comfort. The third bedroom just down the hall also features a ceiling fan, as well as colorful wall art. The nearby full bathroom (featuring a standalone shower) can serve the needs of these rooms' guests. The final bedroom of this home lies at the very end of the hallway, and the guests of this room will enjoy a private entrance to the furnished balcony, a ceiling fan, and an en suite bathroom featuring a dual-head standalone shower and double sinks with backlit mirrors.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
