About this villa rental
Casa Verde is an immaculately designed masterpiece located in the Senderos community, overlooking the lush and Green Valley between Tamarindo and the hills of Playa Grande.
This four bedroom, 4 1/2 bath home feels like a dream upon entry and is amazingly well appointed. Starting with the gourmet kitchen… the countertops and backsplash are truly unique and add a flair unlike any other! The open plan overlooks the covered terrace, wraparound porch and living area as well as the indoor dining space.
Through the outdoor terrace and past the deluxe BBQ, you descend towards the lower level and you’ll find a discovery below: beautiful infinity pool with artificial turf grass surrounding it, comfortable + stylish outdoor seating and lounging, sun chairs, and more…a yoga deck in the treetops of the adjacent jungle!
Back upstairs in the home, you’ll find the primary bedroom suite and en-suite bath that is as luxurious as it is airy. The king size bed is like “sleeping on a cloud” and the kabuki inspired art behind the headboard is both thoughtful and refined.
Moving downstairs on the internal stairway, you’ll find three bedrooms as well as a media room… plenty of space for multiple families to spread out and enjoy the tropical paradise.
Located in a private/gated community home features plentiful parking and easy access to town, beach, etc.

My recent stay at Casa Verde was nothing short of spectacular, and I give it a perfect 10/10 recommendation.
From the moment we arrived, we were absolutely blown away by the breathtaking jungle views. The property is perfectly situated to the heart of Tamarindo, offering a truly immersive experience where you can watch the wildlife from the privacy of your deck—it felt like stepping into a National Geographic documentary.
The villa itself was spacious and immaculately clean, providing a luxurious and comfortable base for our adventures. The great amenities ensured we had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to beautiful common areas.
However, the real highlight of our stay was the awesome service provided by the concierge, Josue. Josue went above and beyond, helping us plan every single detail of our trip, from arranging transportation to booking incredible tours. His recommendations were perfect, and his friendly, professional, and attentive service made our vacation completely stress-free and truly unforgettable.
