Lovely house. Housekeepers kept very clean attending every other day.
Great location, short uphill walk from town, easily manageable.
Pool had a leak which meant it was a bit low in water level but still useable. Tree above the pool meant it needed lots of cleaning out, but net was provided to enable us to do this regularly.
Sun loungers were worn and torn and could do with replacing. But still very functional!
Construction work happening near by, but was not too loud and we were offered a discount for the disruption.
We would highly recommend and would stay again!

Really nice place, only downside was the house smells like sewage after heavy rainfall and requires a lot of airing out to get rid of it.

First of all Mauricio, the host made it amazing with all of his planning. He was always available and willing to help. The location was perfect to access all of the fun activities. Would highly recommend working with Mauricio if traveling to Tamarindo,.
