About this house rental
When the builder of this condominium wanted to create for his wife a lasting testament to his love and esteem in which he held her he had designed and constructed Roma, a masterpiece of architecture and design that has the look and feel of a Roman palace. However it is on Tamarindo Beach in a tropical paradise where the guests can walk to everything. When you move through Roma you feel like it was created from great inspiration. Every furnishing and decorative object feels like it was selected after much consideration and it looks like it belongs where it is. The marble staircase when you first enter is a work of art. It is not a place you would expect to stay on a holiday. It is, let's say, spiritually appealing. This is 5,000 square feet of mystery where I wondered with each step what would be the next surprise its creator wanted an explorer to see. Two immense terraces on each floor provide you with views you will never forget of the ocean, mountains and coast. You have an aura of tranquility knowing that you have made a thoughtful choice for a much needed escape from the pressures of everyday life. Pura Vida- you are on top of the world and the incredible vistas add to the the escape you and your family and friends were looking for. Now for a relaxing soaking in the incredible jacuzzi on one of the balconies. Feels good as your lovely wife and children join you. You start to understand the love and devotion that meant to fill this sanctuary. We invite you to come and experience romance and peace in this very special place.

Location is right across from beach access, views from the upper floor are amazing, plenty of room for our family of 10. Two outdoor patios to enjoy, washer and dryer right in the unit (although they could use some upgrading). Housekeeping comes every day but is flexible if you want another schedule.

The penthouse is the best unit in the Sunrise Condominiums in Tamarindo.
I loved the upper balcony that allowed us to be above the canopy of the trees and above the other buildings. It offered spectacular panoramic views of the ocean to the west and the hills to the east. The sounds of the birds and waves were so relaxing.
The location could not be better. The beach was just across the street, and we walked up the street through town for coffee, dining, and shopping many times each day. You really are in the heart of it all.
The pool area was fun and relaxing in the afternoon and very clean.
The penthouse itself is gorgeous as you can see in the pictures.
We would gladly stay there again and would highly recommend it to friends and family! Enjoy!
