There wasnt a hairdryer and even I wrote them, they didnt help. Nobody answers the phone

Stay away...: Booking.com will not take action or responsibility towards this problematic place.
There was nothing to like about it. The advertisement and (Booking) rating are not close to reality.
Once I finally found the correct keybox (which is located opposite building #7, not building #11) as it turned out after 15 mins of searching): I got into the property (without 'instructions on the key', as advertised online):
* There is no on-street parking availability. I was lucky enough to get a parking space when someone just left. All spaces occupied around the cluster of buildings.
* The apartment does not anywhere near look the quality of the online advertised pictures and description.
* There is a VERY strong smell in the apartment. Probably from SMOKING. This on itself was enough for me to leave the apartment. Opening all windows was not effective.
* Furniture’s etc. are damaged and worn out.
* There is no double bed, as advertised online.
* There were empty bottles and dirty towels in the apartment.
* Light fixtures broken.
* Power cable hanging from the fridge up to a contact box above the sink counter.
* There was no coffee machine as advertised online.
* You cannot work at the table in the kitchen w/o unplugging the 2nd fridge in the corner.
* Wifi does not work / cannot be accessed. No instructions anywhere
* Curtains are broken and cover only part of the windows
* "All information about the location of the apartment can be found on the key." is incorrect. There is no info other than the apartment name on the key.
* "The key to the accommodation is left in the mailbox. This is labeled DM1." --> Incorrect. It was DM2
