Beautiful location and gorgeous property - mini home from home.

Quiet location.
Car parking and picknick bench with property.
Furniture was not comfortable; sofa seemed old and much used. Beds quite bumpy.
Table too small for 4 (fortunately we were only with 2).
The many loose cushions helped to use the furniture.
Road to Battle town centre is unsuitable to walk into town really (a shame, since it is a 10 minute walk only).
