Location was great, peaceful no traffic, big garden the dog loved it
Hot water is a real issue, the water heater continuously trips out so a bath or washing up is problematic. Only one tap works on the bathroom sink, in general the grounds need a really good tidy up, it could be spectacular. Also charging £50 for two nights for our dog was very excessive.
