Le Due Torri in Rione Monti

Tudo estava bem limpo e organizado. Elizabeth foi super atenciosa e clara nas instruções. Tem até coisas para crianças como livros e lápis para colorir.

The location is good as it is in the city center and near to the historical attractions. The bathroom was of a good size and nice The AC was good

The apartment is in an old building with some stairs to get into it. The beds' blankets were not newly replaced. The staff was not responding fairly quick (poor communication by messages) when we needed to ask about something. I was asking for a payment receipt for a few days, and they just ignored my messages until the last day of our stay. There was no reception, as it is an apartment, but the problem no door code was provided, so we were delayed and waited outside to check-in until someone came to open the door. Although they said there were issues to arrive on time, but still it is not professional. We paid for a place to rest with a family, not to be treated like this. This is my first time ever I see a check-out time is as early as 10:00 am, and they were very strict with time.

La seva situació y la tranquilitat.

Położenie apartamentu, blisko do metra, blisko do sklepów, miejsce ciche i spokojne. Wyposażony w podstawowe rzeczy. Wygodne łóżka, jest stół przy którym można spokojnie usiąść. Kuchnia wystarczająca. Klimatyzator a nawet dwa dla każdego pokoju osobny- bez tego było by ciężko wytrzymać 😀. Porównanie ceny do jakości jest dobrze.

Nie podobało mi się tylko że nie ma balkonu ale to nie jest najważniejsze. Wiedzieliśmy co bierzemy ale szkoda.
