Enchanting residence with Mediterranean flavors for enjoying the outdoor spaces as well.
In a period building from the 18th century, the apartment is furnished with attention to detail, with magnificent antique terracotta flooring, and has an exclusive terrace-garden outside with typical essences with Mediterranean scents, where you can enjoy all the year of the climate and the sun of the city and also spend moments of relaxation outdoors.
In the heart of Imperial Rome you can walk to places famous all over the world: the Colosseum, the Imperial Forums, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona. Located in the picturesque Monti district, a few steps away it offers shops, shops and characteristic clubs to satisfy every need.
We have 1 bedroom with double bed (possibility of adding a cot), living room with double bed, kitchen, dining area, bathroom with shower and study corner with desk.
The structure is fully equipped and has hot water WI-FI, independent heating, 2 flat-screen Smart TVs, complete kitchen equipment including kettle, toaster and coffee machine, hairdryer and washing machine.
The bedroom overlooking the Basilica of San Pietro in Vincoli has a large double bed and a wardrobe with 4 compartments.
Reachable by car or by metro, it has public paid parking in the square in front with the possibility of reserving garages in the area, while the metro can be reached on foot at just 150m.
Nearby there are numerous information points and tourist tour collection points to be able to visit the city in many different ways, even on board the panoramic buses.
If, on the other hand, you wish to visit the city ‘your way’, there are several places directly under your residence to rent bicycles, mopeds, vespas, cars, etc.

The host went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable when I checked in by offering snacks and beverages for free after a long travel day. The location very close to the coliseum and the city center. I loved my stay!!

We had a wonderful time in Rome and it couldn't have been nicer. The place was wonderful and a great, quiet neighborhood just off a busy neighborhood with wonderful restaurants.
It was clean and I would definitely stay here again and we love the patio

This property was amazing. I travelled solo to Rome and this flat was in a perfect location. Close to restaurants and markets as well as all the tourist sights in Rome. The property was exactly as pictured and was much larger than other rentals I’ve had in Rome. The terrace was fantastic to come back to every evening, and a morning espresso enjoying the beautiful weather can’t be beat! Fantastic! I’ll definitely be booking again the next time I’m in Rome. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Pros: the apartment is very clean, nicely furnished (as shown in photos), in a great location near Colloseum, and metro stations, The owner was very responsive and helpful too. The outdoor terrace with table and chairs is an added bonus.
Cons: the piazza is accessible by long steep staircases, so don’t be misled by google maps! The apartment has no microwave or dishwasher; and the washing machine is tiny (it fits under the bathroom countertop). The kitchen is quite small, but It has a toaster and a stove top coffee pot, so it’s great for breakfast and lunches.
Overall, I would recommend this apartment and would stay again if
I am in Rome. It was a great location and we found it to be much more comfortable than a hotel room.
