Colosseum Imperial Stone Apartment

This is a great location if your main priority is to get around and explore the historic sites on foot. The apartment is spacious and comfortable enough for a group of up to four people. The interior decor evokes the spirit of ancient Rome

If you visit Rome in the summer when it's 30 degrees outside, this apartment can offer you some refreshing relief, but even so, there was still a sense of high humidity and a musty smell. If you need to use the toilet at night, just know that everyone will wake up because the water will be running very loudly

L’emplacement, la sécurité, la quiétude

Odeur forte de parfum….un grill-pain et un micro-ondes serait bienvenus…le four ne fonctionne pas.

la casa in stile rustico ben curato in quasi tutti gli ambienti la tranquillità ,anche se a bordo strada alla sera non c'erano rumori disturbanti la posizione vicino al metro' e di conseguenza vicino alla stazione di Roma Termini e al resto della città e a molte altre attrazioni (Santa Maria Maggiore,Colosseo, Fori ...)

il fatto che l' appartamento fosse a pianterreno e per ciò molto umido..., il bagno obsoleto ,risicato, cozza con la accuratezza del resto della casa, ..la cucina bella ma con il minimo indispensabile, non uno strofinaccio o un panno carta ...la pulizia generale lasciava un po' a desiderare...le due camere inesistenti, si tratta di un grande stanzone diviso in due a malapena!

Das Ambiente war sehr schön. Gut ausgestattet. Küche gut ausgestattet Bettwäsche Handtücher alles da. Bei unserem 4 tägigen Besuch in Rom hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist top und zu Fuß zum Kolosseum und Trevi Brunnen! Rundherum tolle und gute Restaurants. Parkplätze gibt es selten für das Appartement. Eine kleine Garage ist in der buchbar, allerdings nur für kleine Auto. Unser Audi A6 eher mittlere Katastrophe! Zum Glück hatte der Nachbar nebenan eine Kfz Werkstatt und bot uns an unser Auto für die 4 Tage zu beherbergen! Auch wegen der Sicherheit! Das war spitze! Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter prima! Internet funktioniert nur über WLAN. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Dusche leicht undicht, Geruch im Kellergewölbe anfangs gewöhnungsbedürftig! Die Schlafzimmer Räume sind nicht einzeln sondern durch einen Vorhang getrennt. Hat uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört. Eigentlich nichts relevantes!
