The flat is very nice, spacious, clean, and has a lovely view. It’s located just 12 minutes by car from Playa Ocotal and 7 minutes from Playa Azul. Although it sits on a hill, a regular car can easily reach it – there’s no need for a 4x4. That said, I do recommend having a car if you plan to visit the nearby beaches. It’s also very close to El Coco, where you’ll find a variety of restaurants and supermarkets.
Having separate bins for recycling inside the flat would be a great addition.
