We were looking for a family friendly place to start our vacation and we certainly found just what we were looking for here. It met or exceeded all our expectations and turned out to be a calm and relaxing place, not too far from beaches and food, and the owners are super responsive and helpful, going above and beyond, to make sure our experience was exceptional. I'd highly recommend this place to friends and would come back here to stay again in the future.

Excellent all around.... loved the view.... good attentiveness and responses by owner... just one small disappointment .. there really is not a beach that is a safe walk. The nearest by car is Playa Pez Vela which is at least a 10 minute drive, Ocotal is just a bit further and has a large parking area owned by Azul Paraiso,-....information that would have been nice to know. ....but we explored many of the beaches in the area and enjoyed them all. Playa del Coco is 17 minutes by car. we would definitely book again!

Lovely property with a gorgeous balcony and view that you could spend hours on.
Definitely not walkable to anything. You will need a car. The description that it is walkable to the beach is incorrect. If you have your own car then this is a great and affordable place to stay.
