The Space:
The open-concept living area features a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a three-seater breakfast bar. The inviting living space includes a comfortable seating area and a large-screen TV, perfect for relaxation. Large glass doors open to the veranda, which offers an outdoor dining table for six, BBQ grill and additional seating to take in the stunning views.
The primary bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom, complete with a rain shower and a separate bathtub for the ultimate relaxation. In contrast, the second bedroom offers two full-size beds, providing a cozy and inviting sleeping space for guests.
Luxury Linens and bedding, towels, soaps, and air conditioning are provided, offering all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

Renting from Krain was great. The condo was really beautiful and clean. It was also well stocked with everything we needed. The patio had a nice view. I would highly recommend!

The view of the place is beautiful, very close to the city where there are all type of shops. The apartment is very well equipped, very safe, has private security and the cleanliness is excellent. The negatives are that the location of the property prevents the sun to hit the pool, access is not easy-requires a 4x4 vehicle, making a reservation was a bit complicated because it was difficult to contact the managers and the link to pay did not work. I recommend it and I would return. The guards José Villegas, Álvaro and Luis were very kind and always willing to help.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE WITH PRICELESS VIEW IN GATED COMMUNITY!!!!!!! Place was very clean when we arrived and we had an amazing view of the infinity pool and ocean. The pool was always warm and clean. As the condo is located beside the jungle, we were so fortunate that on the first day we saw numerous monkeys right from our outdoor living area and were able to hear them on the second day. What an experience!! Love that we could fully open the doors from the kitchen and the master bedroom to the spacious outdoor area. We're a family of five (three kids) and although it's a two-bedroom condo, it was perfect for us!! (Our three kids had fun taking turns switching between the double beds from one night to the next.) Plenty of closets for all of us. The location of the condo is perfect as it's minutes away from the ocean and approximately only 5 minutes away from the grocery store. We all felt very safe as it's a gated community and the gate guards were always helpful and pleasant. Couldn't of asked for a better experience for our first time here in Costa Rica. Already planning to come back here again next year. Highly recommend!
