Great location, the staff was very helpful, and the room was fresh and clean.
Would definitely recommend.
We did not receive the room we had booked, so we were short one bed. They did bring a roll away, but that was a little disappointing.

Great location, nice facilities
I booked a penthouse unit and was given a central unit. They refused to refund me the difference of $160. Given the overall cost of the unit and the minor sum I requested for a refund- I’m disappointed that they weren’t more helpful in rectifying the issue. Booking wasn’t helpful either and I requested a credit with my credit card company

Super netter Mann an der Concierge Desk! Er war immer sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Kaffee und Tee self-service in der Lobby. Sehr schöne Dachterrasse mit Grill und Loungemöbel.
Die Wohnung hat eine grosse Küche mit Esstisch und schönem Wohnzimmer.
Der Schrank im Zimmer (rechts) ist nicht praktisch, hat nur 4 Plastikkleiderbügel und fast keinen Platz im kleinen Zimmer mit 2 Queensize-Betten. Alles ein bisschen eng im Zimmer.

Idéalement situé à 5min du Boston Common, appartement spacieux très bien équipé.
Check in très facile
Possibilité de laisser ses bagages à la conciergerie ( personnel très sympathique)
Absence de rideaux occultants dans les chambres
