the internal space is great, and very welcoming. amenities also good
sadly, the apartment itself was over ruled by the location. the apartment sits above the subway (red line), and in our apartment (the lowest one on floor 2), the subway rumbled through from 5am to midnight and you feel and hear it the length of the apartment. outside the apartment there is a burger king, which plays very high volume opera and classical music 24/7 to keep the homeless away from the doorway and the speaker is directly under the main lounge window.
unfortunately the building next door is being demolished and the builders started 6.30-7am and you can hear everything. we didn't sleep well.
