Up to date, with every comfort of home. Really nice extra to have coffee maker and milk frother. All the seats and beds were comfortable. Extra bedding was handy for the cooler night. Plenty of comfortable pillows. Plenty of instant hot water and the heat pump was effective heating throughout the house.
Multiplug box in main bedroom difficult to get out from under the bed in order to use the electric blanket and charge the phone.

The accomodation was very nice, clean and spacious. Perfecly located very close to the beach and just a drive up the road to Mount Maunganui center. The host is superb. Kitchen equipment was great to prepare food by ourselves.
