About this house rental
Families and mature couples only please. No groups of young people.
North facing deck gets all day sun with bbq available for use.
Newly renovated kitchen/dining/bathroom with polished wooden floors.
Bifold doors opening up onto the deck which gives great airflow through the house, stays cool even on hot days!
Fully fenced section so is safe for kids.
Big driveway area for ample off street parking or is a great area for the kids to play/ride bikes.
Trampoline also available.
Out the back is a small area with sandpit and vege garden which guests can help themselves to.
The location of the house is directly across the road from the beach which has been voted No 1 by Tripadviser for 2017.
You are also within walking distance to a great cafe as well as takeaways and a bottle store.
Also within walking distance of Omanu Surf Club if you wish to swim between the flags and a short walk to the beautiful Mount Mauganui Golf Club.

My daughter and her family stayed over New Year and found plenty to keep the children busy in all weathers and my son in law also got to enjoy the Black Caps as a bonus. Very responsive host.

We loved every minute of our stay. We felt right at home. Location was awesome. Walking distance to the dairy and the beach. Short driving distance to town. Approachable and friendly hosts. Would highly recommend this host and their lovely home.
