It was as advertised and expected, with an equipped kitchen, nicely furnished and secure. Very nice ocean views over the pool

Wifi was terrible and sometimes non existent.Pool was bearable, but below past standards due to filtration malfunction. Also there’s an entry fees to the beach. The wifi is cellular not hard wired, ie. it uses a SIM card, it seems to be in a bit of a dark spot for connection

This is a reasonably well appointed comfortable 1 bedroom apartment, compact but functional, with one notable exception being the wifi connection which was terrible as it is a cellular connection relying on a sim card that requires topping up by the property owner. Wifi reception is poor to occasionally nonexistent. My own Australian sim had the same problem. That said, this apartment is somewhat better than others I have stayed in at this complex. The owners have added a few extra touches to make it more homely with decor and equipped with ample modern, clean kitchen appliances and utensils, unlike some others here. It also has a wide extensive view over the massive pool to the ocean beyond. The laundry is equipped with a modern automatic washing machine. The bedding is great and supplies of linen more than adequate. It’s a nice secure unit!

The wifi issues are symptomatic of small failures and gradual decline of the building facilities, as the unit apparently can no longer be serviced by a hard wired telecommunications connection. The pool water doesn’t sparkle like it used to, and is/ was affected by a faulty filter during the whole of our 17 days stay, despite promises that it was being repaired. It was swimmable though. My planned activities were cut short by the need to spend so much extra time using the internet.

No action to repair malfunction occurred in the unit toilet ( no water coming out to clean our self inside . We were using manual way for the whole period 6 days till we check out . They have informed both cluster 3 management and the owner and no action. Cluster management told me we do not have contract with the owner for such repair Also the owner did not compensate us for such issue in which he was pushing hard to get payment for late check out Many emails to get his approval ( booking. Com was copies for help but action or reply ) He agreed when I reach with him to leave 1500 pesos with the unit key inside
