The apartment is well set up and has all the basics covered. The location is convenient for the airport but not really for anything else. The building is nice, a security guard checked us in. The room itself is well appointed but a few tweaks would improve it. The aircon worked well and the TV was a nice touch. We didn’t use the pool or go to the beach but it was nice to have the option. Overall, good value for money.
The location isn’t great for sightseeing/exploring. You can see Mactan is developing and getting busier but at the moment it’s still pretty quiet. It’s about an hour into Cebu in a Grab as there’s not really anything to see in Mactan. The lift is quite shabby and smells but the sign says it’s being refurbished. The balcony door doesn’t lock which seemed odd. The bathroom could do with a deep clean, especially the shower enclosure. The towels were awful - literally absorbed no water.

הגענו לסבו סיטי על מנת לטוס בבוקר למחרת. הדירה נמצאת בבניין מטופח בסבעבה חדשה ומודרנית בעיר מקטאן. נהננו משהייה הקצרה. למטה ברחוב יש מלא מסעדות וברים. מצא חן בעינינו. הדירה קטנה אך נקייה ונעימה מאד

Intersting location, nice unit, quiet and comfortable and functioning well - unlike other places stayed recently it was new construction and there was zero need for maintenance. Also, the Owner has supplied the unit with everything you might need, from the kitchen to the bed... we liked it a lot!
More blankets for the bed... balcony not really useable (aircon occupies the space).

Lovely decor and time taken to make the room pleasant. Air conditioning was great.
Good to have access to the gym- although the machines and equipment are a little dated - not the fault of the owner.
Wide range of options to eat and drink nearby.
Close to the airport and ferry terminal- less than 30 mins
The area isn’t great- fine if staying for one night or if using as a base for trips but not a lot happening and a disappointing beach area.
We accessed the beach club, had to pay 1000 pesos for access for 2 adults with towels. The beach is very small and there weren’t any sunbeds left. The price of food and drink is overpriced and not of good quality.
We had booked 5 nights but two is enough. We left Cebu and went on the ferry to Bohol for two nights.
