Location in brand new expat bubble bubble- fantastic bars and restaurants close by especially chubi-chubi for filipino food. The beach area you have access to is also very nice. Zero gravity pool is lovely but badly maintained.
Run down. Tiles missing from the pool and pool deck.. signs of rust age wear and tear are all over. For maintenance. Also, there are four towers - very poorly marked and distinguished. Easy to get mixed up..

Super convenient location to enjoy Lapu-Lapu City. Quick access to Ceres Bus at the Newtown Terminal facilitated visit to Cebu City IT Park. Having two bathrooms was a plus
The bedroom sizes are on the small side, challenging for a group of 5, plus suitcases.

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment had two nearby grocery stores. Taxi’s and jeepney’s were close by. The apartment pool was nice and very large. Check-in was super easy.

The location was absolutely superb. Being so close to the airport vicinity made traveling highly convenient, and the area itself is very accessible.
Unfortunately, the unit's cleanliness was disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned before our arrival. Specifically, the utensils rack and the shower curtain are worn out and really need to be replaced. With a bit of deep cleaning and these minor updates, this unit would be an excellent place to stay, but it definitely needs improvement right now.
