Had a unique older character setting it apart from standard hotel rooms. Nice common areas - pool, courtyard and billiards room. Good location.
Shower pressure very low. No window in the room we had.

The bed was a foam bed. Nice and comfortable, near walking distance to mactan newtown. Walking distance to 2 supermarkets and near st.niño church. The owner is very helpful and will recommend many places to visit.
Room got very humid but maybe because of the time of the year.

I booked for three nights but due to Taifun I could only stay one night as I was stuck on another island. My luggage including my passport were still in villa del Mar and the team took great care of it, packed everything up in my hotelroom and stored it safely until I got back to the hotel. They were so lovely and caring. I can highly recommend this place if you want to stay near to the airport. The pool and the garden were very clean and are the perfect place to recover from a long flight
