Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Super ruhig gelegen, dafür dass man quasi mitten in einer Großstadt ist.
Wir hatten weder große Duschtücher noch einen Duschvorleger. Das Zimmer hat sehr schlecht gerochen. Wahrscheinlich wurde im Zimmer geraucht. Wir empfanden die Betten als sehr unbequem und die Balkontür hing nur noch an einer Angel. Auch fehlt es deutlich an etwas liebe. Alles ist sehr praktikabel im Zimmer.

friendly staff , smiling and helpful , housekeeping service ideal , breakfasts really good , few steps to shopping center ( bus stop , grocery store etc _)

Il personale cortese e accogliente. Nonostante ciò, non posso non rimarcare che la sera il custode e i suoi amici si riunivano nel bar a fumare (al chiuso) causando una puzza molto fastidiosa in tutto il piano terra.
La posizione non è quella indicata sul sito di booking. L’hotel si trova dietro un parcheggio di autobus, in zona molto meno frequentata, come mostrano le foto. Il cattivo odore causato dal fumo è stato un’altra pessima sorpresa.
