    We enjoyed our stay in Xheko. We were looked after very well both in the hotel and at the spa. We had good breakfast and enjoyed the massage in spa.

    We had a wonderful stay at Xeko, Imperial. The staff were lovely, the hotel was very clean, the breakfast was authentically delicious & roof top restaurant was brilliant! 😍

    Memorable stay with helpful and great staff from the restaurant, housekeeping and reception. Only one person at the reception who is snob, cold, not smiling and arrogant. The rest were fabulous! The hotel is in great location only from 5-10 mins walk to the city centre. The facilities are ok. The interior and exterior designs are chic and classic with modern touch. Breakfast was amazing! The food and drinks at the rooftop restaurant/bar were delicious. Plus spa, gym and sauna. The price was reasonable. Everything was perfect but I found hair on the bed. Which i penalised the score plus the housekeeping staff knocked my door and immediately opened it and left the bottled water on the floor without waiting for my response and she saw me completely naked while I was changing clothes. It was really embarrassing. They need to improve more the customer service and discipline the rude staff. I will never comeback here for the meantime. It's a pity that a 5 stars hotel with great facilities ruined only by some rude staff.
