Great service from the staff; the food and cocktails from the restaurant were ok; the room was beautiful.
We booked this hotel because of the spa and pool, however when we arrived the pool was being renovated. I would have appreciated being notified of this ahead of time. We paid for massages, but during our treatment there were loud power tools being used on renovations. Additionally, a smell of sewage came from the toilet in our bathroom.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and made us feel at home throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of fresh options, and the spa facilities were lovely and relaxing.
The massage was good and enjoyable, though not exceptional.

Beautiful hotel and a great room as shown in the booking. Lovely spa too, albeit quite small. Breakfast was pretty good and there was one particularly good male waiter who elevated the experience.
24 December incredibly loud music. Was told it would finish 11…then 12 and after one it stopped. Could not hear ourselves think. Even with TV full volume, it was invasive. 26th and 27th music again !!! I had been “ misinformed “ or lied to depending on your of the answer to my question - are there any more parties during my stay ? Answer was no, the opposite was true. You decide. We would have moved elsewhere had we been told the truth. Always a concern when a manager or the owner could not be found to speak to me despite them being onsite.
