Hotelul este bine amplasat, aproape de centru, de cafenele, de promenada. Este foarte curat iar camerele spatioase. Proprietarii sunt foarte amabili si atenti la orice doresc clientii. Micul dejun este foarte bun, ai multe optiuni. Hotelul are parcare proprie.

Liftul are capacitate de doar 2 persoane, ceea ce nu este neaparat un inconvenient, important este ca exista

The property itself was lovely. I know some people mentioned they didn't like the decor, but I actually thought it was one of its best features. While it isn't a style I'd choose for my own home, it felt unique, elegant, and different from what I'd experienced elsewhere. The room was spacious, the breakfast was tasty, and the staff were pleasant during my stay. Overall, I enjoyed the hotel and thought it offered good value.

The biggest issue was the communication surrounding my airport pickup. Before arriving, we arranged for a taxi to meet me at the airport around 12:30 a.m. Since I was traveling alone as a female traveler, I asked the hotel for the driver's name and phone number, but they declined and told me the driver had my number and would be waiting with a sign. I arrived just before 1:00 a.m. and searched the arrivals area several times, but there was no one holding my name. I messaged the hotel through Booking.com, but no one responded. Worried about being stranded in the middle of the night in a country I had just arrived in, I eventually took another taxi. About 30 minutes later, the original driver finally texted me saying he was there. If I had simply been given his phone number when I requested it beforehand, I could have contacted him directly and the situation likely would have been resolved quickly. Instead, it resulted in unnecessary stress and wasted time for everyone involved. I explained this to the hotel afterward, but they never responded. One other minor issue was the bathroom. While the bedroom was spacious, the bathroom was extremely cramped. The toilet was positioned so close to the shower that I hit my head on the shower fixture every time I used it, which became frustrating.

Location, clean room, delicious food, the most welcoming staff.
