Costaguti Holiday Apartment

Very quiet location which was needed when we were back in the apartment. The apartment is extremely spacious and having 2 bathrooms was fantastic. It's on the 1st floor so only 1 flight of stairs which was very easy to get up. Both rooms have a separate TV and the beds were very comfortable. Walking distance to the Collosuem is about 12 minute walk, to Fontana di Trevi about 17 minute walk and the Vatican about a 30 minute walk. Rome is full of many Piazzas and cobblestone roads to wander around. Eating in the Trastevere district is about a 18 minute walk and we found a spectacular little plaza called Campo de' fiori about a 7 minute walk with a many restaurants and a market in the morning. Directly outside the apartment is a bakery and plenty of restaurants but with the apartment being around a corner kept it very quiet. Stefano was an outstanding host - met us at the apartment even though we changed our arrival numerous times due to train delay. Would definitely recommend. Storage locker located 3 minute walk if you need it once you checkout. Washer in the unit was a huge plus!

Check out time is at 10am...an 11am checkout would have been more accomodative but forced us to get up and about. Bed covers consisted of light sheets.

The property was spacious with a comfortable bed and large living room. Big windows at each end of apartment for sir and light. Generous amount of coffee pods for 2 people for 3 days. Not always the case in other apartments.

The stairs were a problem for my wife who has a fractured ankle. The bathrooms were small and both had steps at entry. Some paper towel in the kitchen and better lighting for the kitchen bench would be a great addition.
