Re di Roma Metro Hub - Rome Collection

The apartment has an excellent location (There are some local cafés and supermarkets nearby and its 30 minutes walking from Termini Station or Colosseo and 20 minutes walking from Rome Cathedral. I want to recommend Primos Bar for a great local breakfast), is very spacious and the bed is big and comfortable. It is situated in a fantastic and vibrant city, Rome, giving it great potential for a memorable tourist experience.

However, it is essential to pay attention to cleanliness and important details to ensure guest satisfaction. During our stay, we noticed several areas that could be improved. The apartment needs a thorough deep cleaning, as many areas are not clean. The cutlery was very dirty, some basic hygiene items like hand soap, shower gel, detergent for the washine machine (the filer was dirty) and bath mat were missing. Some lights were not working (bathroom and bedroom) and there was an extremely dirty pillow (full of many strange huge brown stains) inside the closet next to crumpled blankets and pajamas(?), which is disgusting and unacceptable. If these points are taken into consideration, future guests will be able to enjoy an even better experience. I hope this feedback is received in a constructive spirit and helps the hosts continue improving an otherwise nice apartment.

Excelente apartamento totalmente remodelado moderno cómodo y elegante. El anfitrión muy amable nos recibió personalmente, algo poco comun ahora q casi todos los apartamento tienen código, y nos dejó hacer checkin a las 2pm. Muy amable Emanuele. El apartamento tiene sala con TV grande, cocina completa, baño grande con lavadora y secadora. Habitación muy cómoda todo excelente. El barrio tranquilo con metro a 5 minutos caminando y cerca de termini, además en la esquina para una ruta de bus

Nous avons aimé la propreté, les équipements électroménagers, la réactivité du propriétaire et sa gentillesse et enfin l'abonnement netflix

Nous n'avons pas aimé du tout le matelas de la chambre à coucher il était horrible, trop mou et carrément inconfortable. La cuisine manque cruellement d'ustensiles (une seule grosse marmite et une poêle et basta)

The apartment has everything you may need, it is fully equiped so It makes your stay really confortable and easy. The location is also great, near bus stop and metro station Re di Roma. Emanuele received us upon our arrival and explained us everything. For sure we will repeat next time we come back!
