Todo muy bien en general, cómodo, limpio, muy bonito decorado y muy buena ubicación, con supermercado debajo del hotel y muy cerca de la playa.
La mampara de la ducha no corría bien y tuvimos problemas a la hora de cerrarla y abrirla.

Zentrale Lage - teilrenoviert - Nachmittagssonne - Balkon mit Tisch+ Stühle+Sonnenschirm - ausreichend Handtücher
Fläche der Wohnung (65 m2) ist wohl nach anderen Standards angegeben als deutsche Wohnflächen-Berechnung.
WIFI nur in Wohnküche und Balkon - reicht nicht bis in das Schlafzimmer
Wasseranschlüsse Küche, Bad Bidet, Bad Dusche nicht voll funktionstüchtig.
Keine Ablagefläche im Bad.
Küchenspüle: Wasser läuft aus - undicht - schwierig Becken zu füllen um Geschirr zu spülen.
Kein Licht über der Spüle -> Nachmitagssonne nutzen.
Couch sehr weich/ durchgesessen?
Fehlende Bedienungsanleitung für Smart TV (aber mit einigem Ausprobieren machbar)
Mehr Stauraum im Schlafzimmer (Z. B. Schubladenschrank) hätte Platz, aber nichts da.
Kein Schreibtisch, obwohl in Ausstattungsliste.

Location is convenient, close to Yumbo and the beach. The balcony is a nice addition too. The host was nice to let us check in early, although there was miscommunication. I would have prefered to have a later check if it meant to have a properly cleaned apartment.
The building is a little old and run down. The apartment in itself is ok, if it was clean perhaps it would have made a better impression. Shower sliding door is broken (and it seems it was reported before but the host did not do anything?). The apartment was dirty. Floor was really not clean, you can tell it was rushed and barely cleaned. I had to clean the toilets again. Aircon is only in the living room, and not in the bedroom.
