Domenico, the host, was amazing! Excellent communication ahead of time, on the day of the arrival, he welcomed us, showed us around, and took the time to answer our questions. He was available via WhatsApp whenever, and he was extremely helpful when he booked us a taxi for 6 am on a Sunday morning! Super pleasant and helpful! Gracias! The flat was super clean, as described in the photos, very well located, 15 min walk from the centre, 5 min walk from the beach, the place was quiet and everything worked well: wifi, hot water... The pool was a nice addition. If we come back to Maspalomas, we will certainly go back there again! We recommend him without any hesitation

Leider kein direkter Zugang zum Pool. Keine Klimaanlage.

The location was really good. The cleanliness was beyond our expectations. Very clean! Well done. I work for Hilton company and cleanliness is a major thing. The gentleman who we were in touch with is a great, polite and kind person and always available to assist.

The only thing that disturbed our stay was the noises from the corridors and the flashing water from above. I am a heavy sleeper and it still annoyed me but as I come from the hotel industry, I have a lot of empathy and understanding of the circumstances.

Apartment was comfortable with a good level of facilities.

Kitchen units could have been cleaner. Not great for light sleepers, there is a corridor that wraps around 2 sides of the apartment and there is a drain adjacent the double bed room so you can hear running water whenever other apartments run water / use their toilets. I have mentioned this to the owner and he said he was going to look into resolving this issue.
